Another tag I thought it'd be fun to give a whirl is the 7 deadly sins tag but the beauty version. Its basically answering questions based on the deadly sins but in relation to makeup goodies. A whole bunch of fun & who doesn't love a tag post?
1. Greed: What is your most inexpensive beauty item? What is your most expensive?
The most inexpensive would probably be something from the brand MUA, I haven't found anything cheaper and they have some wonderful proudcts, my favourite being their blonde eyebrow pencil - its the perfect shade for me. As for expensive it would probably be my Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation or else my Naked Palette - a bit pricey (the foundation especially) but seriously worth it!
2. Wrath: What beauty products do you have a love/hate relationship with? What product has been the hardest to get?
Eyeliner is such a tricky one, when its sitting right (and not massively noticeable on one side more than the other) I love it but if its not I just feel like wanting to take all my makeup off and start again. So annoying when you've little time! The hardest product to get my hands on was the Sleek Face Form Palette in Light, my local Superdrug was terrible at getting new stock and when it did it flew off the shelves again and it took ages for me to find it.
3. Gluttony: What are your most delicious beauty products?
My most 'delicious' beauty products, not that I eat them would have to be my minty smelling Revlon lip balms, the Body Shop born lippy pot in strawberry (which reminds me of Rowntrees Jelly so much!) and lastly the Maybelline Babylips in Cherry Me. All of them smell amazing, if I could eat them I would. In terms of looks though my YSL lipstick would have to be the most delicious beauty product, the packaging is soooo luxurious.
4. Sloth: What beauty product do you neglect, due to laziness?
I'll be honest primer is something although I know I should, I just don't use all that much - it doesn't seem to make a difference to my skin but who knows maybe I'm trying the wrong primers. Its also another layer in the mornings and a little time consuming so more often than not its just left. I also neglect my eyelash curlers, instead of taking the time to use them I'll reach straight for the mascara instead oops.
5. Pride: What beauty product gives you the most self confidence?
Concealer is a given, and usually forgotten about, it does wonders to conceal pesky little blemishes and makes me feel much more confident knowing that they're hidden. Another beauty product that gives me a boost in confidence is mascara and eyeliner, this duo enhances my eyes and makes them pop all the more.
6. Lust: What attributes do you find most attractive in the opposite sex?
Physically, eyes and nine times out of ten they're bright blue and for personality, the ability to make me laugh, caring and well just acting gentleman-ly.
7. Envy: What items would you most like to receive as a gift?
This would probably be something from a high end brand that I couldn't justify purchasing myself because we all know its not quite so bad if someone else does! It would probably be something from Chanel, Yves St Laurent or Nars. All three have the most amazing beauty products and again the packaging is drool worthy.
