Summer Playlist

This is a bit of a switch up of quite a regular post 'what I've been listening to' aka loving and since it's Summer 'supposedly' I thought I'd do a specific playlist instead. Usually as soon as the suns out I've the iPod on and spend my time blaring usually upbeat music - its just warm weather protocol and these are some of the tunes that have been stuck on repeat... a lot!

I've loved Paramore for years and the song Ain't It Fun is ever so catchy, definitely my favourite of their newer album and I can't help but sing along when I hear it on the radio! Now if you read my blog regularly you'll know I'm a massive fan of Pretty Little Liars, read: its my favourite show and recently Lucy Hale who plays Aria one of the main characters released her first album so I knew I'd have to give it a listen. I was sort of expecting it to be typical pop songs but the album has more of a country vibe, think Taylor Swift circa 2007 but only more country and surprisingly I love it.

Ever since seeing 5 Seconds of Summer last spring supporting One Direction its been amazing to see them spiral grow in popularity so much - they deserve it. They recently released their new album and I'm loving the studio versions of their songs such as Heartbreak Girl, Greenlight and Amnesia as well as their more well known singles. One Directions Midnight Memories album will always be top of my playlist as I love the rockier sound and well I think we all know my love for the band. Another song that I've been liking recently is Coldplays a sky full of stars and I'm not usually the biggest Coldplay fan but its such a nice song and the video is quite cute as well.

Its nice to see Cheryl Cole again and I can't wait for her to start back on the X-factor but her new song is sooo good! Even if you don't want to like it, it will end up in your head for the rest of the day! Neon Jungle are fairly new to the music scene but I really like their newest song louder - its a bit different to their previous singles but nonetheless still good. The Vamps however I've loved for a while now, think of the youtube days and whenever I heard their album for the first time, somebody to you was definitely one of my favourites - now they're singing with Demi and when I thought it couldn't have gotten any better it has.

Lastly I've been loving Ed Sheeran's new album X or Multiply - he's one of my all time favourite artists without a doubt and theres not a song of his that I don't enjoy! I would like to say I have my favourites off the album but thats not the case. This is the one album if you haven't had a listen to, you need to, now!
