Wet 'n Wild Bits and Pieces

11 August 2014
Ever since starting blogging I've had a shopping list as long as my arm to buy if I ever end up in America or Canada or such, very unlikely that it'll happen anytime soon but I can hope! There's so many brands I'd love to try such as Nyx, Wet 'n Wild and Covergirl etc and strangely enough when I was in Dublin of all places the other day I came across a Wet 'n Wild stand, surprised was not the word and I of course picked up a few things so I thought I'd haul them and mini review.

The ever so famous Walking On Eggshells palette was top on my to get list but unfortuntely it was the only one that they didn't have, talk about popular and so instead I opted for the Sweet As Candy palette or trio. I also love the fact that these eyeshadows have the letters embellished in them telling you where to apply e.g browbone and crease. The first browbone eyeshadow is a lovely shimmery champage highlight, the second is a pinky shade for all over the lid, normally I steer well clear of pinks but I thought I could mix things up a little and the crease colour is a mid toned brown - not too light not too dark so I can't wait to try them out.

The second and third things that I picked up were two of their lipsticks, I'll be honest I just liked the colours and they were less than £2 (euro conversion rates can be confusing) so with prices like that I wasn't exactly breaking the bank. The two I bought were 'Mauve Outta Here' and 'Rose-bud', Mauve is more of a pinky purple colour (I'm definitely not brave enough to wear bright purple lipstick) and Rosebud is just a pinky red and I'm sure they'll both be getting much use in the next couple of weeks. I can't wait to try them out for real and when I do I'll fill you in :)

Thanks for reading, Jenny xo
